1. About Afridex Global Trading
Afridex Global Trading is a Saudi Arabian company providing construction materials supply, heavy equipment rental, small equipment and power tools rental, transportation and logistics, manpower supply, and general trading and import & export services to contractors, developers, government organizations, and industrial facilities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Quotations & Pricing
- All prices, quotations, and rental rates provided on our website or by our team are subject to confirmation and may change based on project scope, quantities, duration, and site location.
- A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed in writing (including via email or WhatsApp) by both Afridex and the client.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders for construction materials, equipment, transportation, or manpower are confirmed once agreed payment terms and project details are finalized between Afridex and the client.
- Payment terms (advance payment, milestone billing, or credit terms) will be specified in the applicable quotation, purchase order, or service agreement.
- Late or non-payment may result in suspension of ongoing supply, rental, or manpower services until resolved.
4. Equipment Rental Terms
- Rented heavy or small equipment remains the property of Afridex Global Trading (or its rental partners) at all times.
- The client is responsible for the equipment’s safe use, storage, and operation during the rental period, and for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Rental periods, extensions, and return conditions will be agreed at the time of booking. Equipment with a certified operator remains under Afridex’s operational supervision unless otherwise agreed.
- Fuel, transportation, and on-site technical assistance are provided as optional services and billed separately unless included in the agreed quotation.
5. Delivery & Logistics
Estimated delivery and transportation schedules are provided in good faith based on route, availability, and site access. Afridex is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including traffic, weather, customs processing, or client-side site access restrictions.
6. Manpower Supply
Where Afridex supplies technical, supervisory, skilled, or general workforce personnel, the client is responsible for providing a safe working environment in compliance with Saudi labor and safety regulations. Any specific conduct, safety, or performance requirements should be communicated to Afridex in advance and will be reflected in the relevant service agreement.
7. Import & Export / General Trading
Where Afridex facilitates the import, export, or trading of industrial products, machinery, spare parts, or goods, all shipments are subject to applicable Saudi customs regulations and any destination-country import requirements. Documentation and customs clearance timelines may affect delivery schedules and are outside Afridex’s direct control.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Afridex supplies materials and equipment sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers and supports any manufacturer warranties that apply. Beyond such manufacturer warranties, services and products are provided “as is,” and Afridex does not guarantee outcomes that depend on factors outside its control, such as third-party site conditions or client-side project management.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afridex Global Trading’s liability for any claim arising from its products or services is limited to the value of the specific order, rental, or service in question. Afridex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including project delays not directly caused by Afridex.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Afridex Global Trading or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from services provided by Afridex Global Trading shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
